FREEHOLD VS FREESTANDING VS STRATA
Choose if you would like a strata or freehold property, strata is generally cheaper upfront and the building and common areas are managed but can cost more with strata fees. Free hold is generally more expensive upfront but typically includes lay down or yard area as well.
If you are after a property for your own use you will want vacant possession. If you are looking for a passive investment choose a tenanted investment
